I am pleased to announce The Spirit of Troy is available for sale on Amazon in paperback and e-book formats as of 4-14-19. The cover for the print book is different than the cover of the e-book because, for some reason, the KDP system would not accept the same cover. The story is the same in both the paperback and e-book.
It was a struggle getting The Spirit of Troy finally live on Amazon after the several computer crashes in March and April this year, and the changes in the KDP system since I began writing the story. The system for creating an e-book has changed twice and I noted some glitches that, right now, I have no idea how to fix; i.e., the separation symbols within chapters sometimes appearing on the left margin, sometimes in the center where they belong, and a few chapters not starting on a new page. The print book was fine when I previewed it, so I have no idea what the problem is when it downloaded for the e-book. However, I am so sick of sitting in front of my computer and getting frustrated, I may work on it later and reload the manuscript. In addition, because of my bad luck of late with the computer, I was afraid to screw around with it for fear I’d lose everything, or make matters much worse. The glitches do not change the story at all so, until I have the courage to attempt to correct them, they will remain. Unfortunately, these formatting errors may be distracting to some people, and to them, I apologize. I do what I can with the brain and the patience I’ve got.
I do hope everyone enjoys The Spirit of Troy. It is a much gentler story than Cliodhna’s Wave and Tourist Trap.
