Here are two more conspiracy theories to put your brains into overdrive regarding the coronavirus.
- In the warped notion he/she is helping the world, a brilliant, young virologist genetically mutates the flu virus into COVID-19 to rid society of the elderly and people with weakened immune systems.
- Social media companies conspire to frighten the world into becoming completely dependent on socializing via the internet by spreading the notion of an ultra-communicable virus.
Because I’m one of the targeted elderly and have been advised to huddle in my house and stay away from my fellow cootie-covered human beings, thus becoming more of a reclusive soul than I tend to be already, perhaps I could create a story about either or both of the above ideas. I think those plot lines have already been used, but writing my own story might keep me busy and sealed away until a vaccine is available.
