Call me uninformed but this is news to me. The ERA is not part of the U.S. Constitution. After all this time, the ERA has not been ratified. John Oliver brings this to our attention. I think it’s time we got off our dead asses and push our representatives to make this long overdue self-evident truth part of the Constitution.
