One of the stories I have in the works, Immortal Island, continues to evolve. Today I updated the summary of the story:
Apolitical young woman, Merrick Roderick, thinks fulfillment in life can only be achieved by having a successful romantic relationship. At the age of twenty-four, having failed in love, she sinks into the depths of depression. She leaves her life in the U.S.A. and moves to Jamaica where she watches the government of her country become increasingly dysfunctional. She combines forces with her two Jamaican mentors to save the U.S.A.
