This may be an odd post for Thanksgiving Day, but it is evidence of what everyone in America is thankful for. We are thankful to live in a country where we are free to speak out. It had to make everyone proud to see our fellow Americans speak out before Congress this past month. It is not just a right we have, but a duty we have.
For myself, as one small voice, I do my best to speak out. I’ve called my Representative, my Senator, and contacted other members of Congress to express my opinion. My job today was to respond to my Representative, Daniel Webster, who wrote a letter to me in response to my contact with his office. I am attaching it here along with my response.
